Career Mode Instant Wins: While fighting in career mode I found a way to always win no matter what. This isn`t a code but a flawless strategy. You must, however, knock the person down. At almost the same exact time as you knock the person out you press start and throw in the towel. Don`t worry, if you pressed start at the correct time the game will, instead of saying you threw in the towel, it will believe that the computer character threw in the towel. It will continue the count down, but at the end it will say that you won by TKO. TURBO MODE: To have Turbo Mode, you must have done the Dashboard cheat. Once you've accomplished getting the dashes, quit the race. Do all the steps again to get the dash. This time when you get into the car, your should see a dashboard but something more. Once the race starts, hit accel and then press your horn (UP) and then your car should go turbo (twice as fast as it did before), once you release the up button the turbo is off, you can always press up for turbo, it is unlimited and it stays in the game in any mode until you turn it off. Easier Tickets: Enter Hot Pursuit Mode and choose a cop car. When the game starts hold L1 and press UP to turn off the sirens. The person speeding will slow down. When you've cought up to him turn your sirens back on (L1 and UP) pull him over. Easy Money: After buying your first car, go to two player mode and select High Stakes. It will ask if you want to save, say YES. After accessing memory slot one, it will ask for memory card two. Take the card out of slot one and put it in slot two. The game will think it's a different card and will duplicate your car. Now all you have to do is beat yourself and sell the car you won. Headlights and Turn Signals: While racing, hold L1 and press LEFT or RIGHT for the blinker. Hold L1 and press UP for the headlights. Hold L1 and press DOWN to turn on your hazard lights. Heavy Car: Before the loading screen appears to load your next race, press START to load the game and immediatly after, press and hold LEFT + SQUARE + CIRCLE. Continue to hold the buttons until the loading screen disapears. You will now be able to knock over other cars easily when bumping into them. Drunk Mode: Pick a car and start a race. Immediately press Up + L2 + R1 and hold through the loading screen. The screen will now be blurred as if you were drunk. Hunk is a soldier that must reach the second floor of the police station from the sewer with just battles and no puzzles. Tofu scenario: Complete either character's first and second scenarios in less than three hours. Play the game again with the other character, and also complete their first and second scenarios in less than three hours. Play the game a third time and complete either character's first and second scenarios again in less than three hours. Note: The game must saved less than twelve times during each of the six scenarios played and unlimited weapons must not be used. Tofu is a piece of tofu that must reach the second floor of the police station from the sewer with just battles and no puzzles. Tofu can not use any weapons other than a knife. Go back into the back room of the motel and go to the garage. Use the motorcycle key on the motorcycle and meet with Kaufmann. Continue on with the game unil you get to the amusement park battle. Shoot Cybil until she drops her gun. Let her get close enough to grab you. When she's just about to grab you use the water bottle. Finish the game. When you do this you get a katana and a medallion as a prize. Syphon Filter Level Select: Go to the options menu and highlight the select mission option.
